If you make your rod pockets in the lining, you probably turn a side hem in on the linings before making the pockets. The rod can sometimes get caught in the side turning as you insert it into the pocket. To prevent this, just slip a drinking straw into the far end of the rod pocket before pushing the rod in. RE-USE that straw! #nosingleuseplastic
